By making an appointment you are accepting our cancellation policy. You must cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time otherwise you will be charged 1/2 price for the service you booked. If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged the FULL PRICE of the service you did not show for. Emergency's are taken in consideration but notify us by phone if its within 12 hours of your appointment. Emails are not an acceptable form of cancellation as our concierges do not have access to our email account.
